This Privacy Policy applies to the Photo Plan & Snap app for mobile devices, together with related services operated by TKACH TOV (the “Service Provider”). The app is designed as a practical planning tool for photographers.
Information We Collect
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required, and the Application does not create an account or profile for you.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, ordinary technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted as part of network connectivity. TKACH does not retain this data or use it for tracking.
Location Information
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your device.
Third-Party Access
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, TKACH does not share user data with third parties.
Data Retention
TKACH does not operate a server-side database containing your Photo Plan & Snap personal information or app content. We do not collect or retain your plans, favorites, shoot history, checklist items, reminder details, notes, or other app-created content on our servers.
Any data the Application stores for its features remains local to your device unless a device or platform feature outside TKACH independently handles it. Since TKACH does not receive this local app data, there is no TKACH retention period for it.
Data Deletion
Because TKACH does not store your app content or personal information on its servers, there is no remote TKACH account or cloud profile that needs to be deleted.
You can remove locally stored app information using available in-app clearing or reset controls where provided, by clearing the Application’s local data through your device settings, or by uninstalling the Application.
If you voluntarily send information to TKACH outside normal app use, you may request deletion of that information by contacting mariannatkachuk1241@gmail.com.
Opt-Out Rights
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, no tracking opt-out is required. Uninstalling the Application removes it from your device.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. TKACH does not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market the Application to them.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of personal data exposure is limited. However, no security system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. TKACH applies reasonable safeguards to the systems and information it controls.
Data Breach Notification
Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a breach affecting app-user personal data is minimal. If a breach affects information that you voluntarily provided to TKACH by other means, TKACH will provide notice when required by applicable law.
Changes to This Policy
TKACH may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Previous versions may be requested by contacting the Service Provider.
Your Consent
If you voluntarily provide information to TKACH and its processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before the withdrawal.
